CANCELLATION POLICY
Color Club Cancellation Policy 💕✨ We totally understand that life happens! To respect our stylists’ time and keep appointments available for all of our guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged a $25 fee and may be required to place a card on file before booking future appointments. By booking an appointment with Color Club, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy. Thank you for respecting our team’s time and helping us keep the Club running smoothly. 💕✨
